With all of the challenges that our industry faced during the pandemic, one thing that remains true is the dedication and hard work of our manufacturer representatives. They’ve continued to support our business, some for more than two decades, by their outstanding achievements in sales, year after year. Each year, Service Ideas awards one Sales Representative that stood out among the rest. Objectives considered include overall sales and loyalty to Service Ideas and our growth. This yearly recipient is a manufacturer rep who checks in with their Service Ideas Sales Director on a regular basis and always has the best interest of the factory in mind.
Despite the challenges in 2021, Randy Hignight crushed his sales goals and showed his dedication to Service Ideas with enthusiasm for virtual trainings to meet his customers' needs during the pandemic. Congratulations, Randy! Well deserved.

A new award for 2021, the Rep Group of the Year is awarded to an overall high-performing rep group. Objectives considered include overall sales and loyalty to Service Ideas and our growth. This recipient is a manufacturer rep who checks in with their Service Ideas Sales Director on a regular basis and interacts with sales, marketing, product, customer service, and finance as needed. In 2021, this rep group was CLV Marketing. The sales representatives of CLV continue to demonstrate their dedication to Service Ideas with outstanding sales, new perspectives, and a willingness to assist in any way possible.
