For nearly 75 years, our passion has been taking pride in customer experience. Whether at our restaurant, Murray's Steakhouse, or with our beverage and food serviceware here at Service Ideas, creating a great experience for you is our top priority.
Our experiences in our communities have evolved rapidly over the last week due to the COVID-19 situation. We understand the anxiety and despair you must be feeling; our own restaurant in downtown Minneapolis had to close its doors temporarily for the first time ever to ensure public safety.
In one week's time, we've gone from the excitement of our industry's trade show season, to adjusting to our new lives working remotely and practicing social distancing, while the world around us seemingly shuts down.
