They’ve continued to support our business, some for more than two decades, by their outstanding achievements in sales, year after year. Each year, Service Ideas awards one Sales Representative that stood out among the rest. Objectives considered include overall sales and loyalty to Service Ideas and our growth. This yearly recipient is a manufacturer rep who checks in with their Service Ideas Sales Director on a regular basis and always has the best interest of the factory in mind.
Despite the challenges in 2021, Randy Hignight crushed his sales goals and showed his dedication to Service Ideas with enthusiasm for virtual trainings to meet his customers' needs during the pandemic. Congratulations, Randy! Well deserved.

In 2021, this rep group was CLV Marketing.
