Customizing your serviceware with pad printing and etching allows you to have a Service Ideas product that is uniquely yours.
Leave an impression on your customers by adding a logo to one of our products. Logo placement throughout your restaurant will help create branding recognition. It also gives off a professional vibe, adding a sense of authenticity to your brand.
You may also want to customize our products to help identify the contents. Creamers are great products to do this on because of all of the different dairy options. Clearly distinguish your cashew milk from your coconut milk by permanently etching a label right on the side of the carafe.

How to Customize Our Products
Not all of our products have the same customization capabilities. Some products are best suited for pad printing, while some can be etched.* Our customer service and sales representatives can help you determine the right product to customize for your application. Email cs@serviceideas.com to request a Customization Form and be prepared to provide this information:
- Product Selection
- Quantity (minimum 36)
- One or Two Sides
- Pad Print or Etched
- PMS Color(s)
- Camera Ready Artwork**
NOTE: Service Ideas is not able to modify logos or art.
Costs
Artwork Fee: A one-time fee of $100 for new orders and a $40 setup fee for reorders.
Preproduction Sample Fee: $50 + cost of product. Please allow 3–4 weeks for the final product once proof has been approved.
Final Per Each:$18 + list price includes 1-color pad printing with single hit, $36 + list price includes 1-color pad printing with two hits. $22.50 + list price includes 2-color pad printing with single hit, $44.50 + list price includes 2-color pad printing with two hits. Limit of 2 colors. $22.50 + list price includes 1-side etch, $44.50 + list price includes 2-side etch.
Turnaround
Print proofs will be provided within two days of a request.
If a preproduction sample is requested, allow three weeks for delivery.
Upon approval of the print or preproduction proof, based on quantities, we will fulfill orders within four weeks
*Etched products are dishwasher safe. Service Ideas recommends that all pad printed products be hand washed.
**An Illustrator/EPS or JPG file with a minimum of 300 DPI resolution for Pad Printing and 600 DPI resolution for Etching.
